Frankfurt am Main, 1 February 2010. The supervisory board of Deutsche
Wohnen AG unanimously resolved to extend the appointment of Helmut Ullrich
as Chief Financial Officer. His appointment will therefore end on 31
December 2011. Ullrich has been member of the management board since 1
August 2007 and is responsible for the financial department.
