Deutsche Wohnen AG / Final Results Ad hoc announcement according to § 15 WpHG transmitted by DGAP - a company of EquityStory AG. The issuer is solely responsible for the content of this announcement. ---------------------------------------------------------------------- On basis of a preliminary consolidated financial statement (IFRS), Deutsche Wohnen AG is expecting that its consolidated profit after tax for full-year 2006 of around EUR 31 million will be around 82% above the 2006 forecast of EUR 17 million, and approx. 94% higher than the 2005 profit of EUR 16 million. Deciding for this is the initial full consolidation of DB Immobilienfonds 14 (approx. 2,500 residential units) in accordance with accounting requirements. Due to a right of tender held by the limited partners, Deutsche Wohnen AG currently holds around 25% of the shares in this fund, a figure that is likely to increase in future. Further on the segment result from sales activities was also up significantly year-on-year. Due to this with approx. EUR 22.4 million also the 2006 result from ordinary activities was also approx. 12% above the forecast for the year and 32% up on the prior-year figure of just under EUR 17 million. 2006 consisted of two short fiscal years for Deutsche Wohnen AG and the Group.
