On 10 June 2015, UBS AG, Zurich, Switzerland, has informed us according to sec. 21, para. 1 WpHG that its voting rights in Deutsche Wohnen AG, Frankfurt/Main, Germany, have exceeded the thresholds of 3% and 5% on 5 June 2015 and as of such date amount to 5.42% (this corresponds to 18,288,889 voting rights).
