On 22 April 2014, Credit Suisse Group AG, Zurich, Switzerland, has informed
us according to sec. 21, para. 1 WpHG that its voting rights in Deutsche
Wohnen AG, Frankfurt/Main, Germany, have exceeded the threshold of 3% on 16
April 2014 and as of such date amount to 3.24% (this corresponds to
9,278,815 voting rights).
Voting rights of 1.49% (this corresponds to 4,258,901 voting rights) are to
be attributed to the company according to sec. 22, para. 1, sent. 1, no. 1
WpHG.
Voting rights of 1.75% (this corresponds to 5,019,914 voting rights) are to
be attributed to the company according to sec. 22, para. 1, sent. 1, no. 6
WpHG in connection with sec. 22, para 1, sent. 2 WpHG.

be attributed to the company according to sec. 22, para. 1, sent. 1, no. 6
WpHG in connection with sec. 22, para 1, sent. 2 WpHG.
