On March 29, 2011, Oyster Asset Management S.A., Luxembourg, Luxembourg, has informed us according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that its voting rights in Deutsche Wohnen AG, Frankfurt, Germany, ISIN: DE000A0HN5C6, have exceeded the threshold of 3% on February 11, 2011 and as of such date amount to 3.01% (this corresponds to 2,461,000 voting rights).
