Deutsche Wohnen calls extraordinary shareholders' meeting to resolve on capital increase
Frankfurt, June 26, 2009. The management board of Deutsche Wohnen AG has decided, with the consent of the supervisory board, to propose to its shareholders to resolve on a capital increase in an extraordinary shareholders' meeting to be called for this purpose. The gross proceeds of the offering shall amount to approx. Euro 250 million. The nominal size of the capital increase will be determined subject to the prevailing market conditions at the time of the offering in the second half of the year. Subscription rights shall be granted to the shareholders of Deutsche Wohnen AG.
