The Supervisory Board of Deutsche Wohnen AG has appointed Michael Zahn as Speaker of the Executive Board of Deutsche Wohnen AG and concluded the restructuring of the board with redistribution of competencies. Following the resignation of Mr Andreas Lehner as Chairman and Member of the Executive Board (see ad hoc press release of 28 September 2007), Mr Helmut Ullrich and Mr Michael Zahn shall now take charge of the following business areas: In his capacity as Speaker of the Executive Board, Michael Zahn shall be in charge of the operative business divisions as well as Portfolio Management + Acquisitions and Corporate Communication. In his capacity as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) Helmut Ullrich takes responsibility for Accounting and Finance as well as Corporate Law and Investor Relations.
