For its long-term financing, Deutsche Wohnen has access to a variety of products ranging from conventional bank financing to financing through capital markets. Depending on market conditions, various financing instruments are available from which the most efficient ones can be chosen.

In order to use opportunities in the property market on a short notice, Deutsche Wohnen has various options of interim financings, for instance through credit facilities or a EUR 1 billion commercial paper programme.
